On Friday, November 10, 2023, the Minister of Defence received courtesy calls from H.E. Datuk Jojie Samuel, the Ambassador of Malaysia to Thailand, and H.E. Mr. Rachmat Budiman, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand.
 
   The Malaysian Ambassador to Thailand praised the relationship between the two countries and congratulated on the success of Defense & Security 2023 exhibition. He also affirmed cooperation with Thailand through various mechanisms in the development along the Thai-Malaysian border and the expansion of cooperation in the defense industry within ASEAN.
 
   Furthermore, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand expressed admiration for the relationship between the two countries and expressed the intention to strengthen cooperation. Additionally, the Indonesian Ambassador expressed concerns for the well-being of Thai nationals captived in Gaza.
